Youemi helps experts and builders connect, communicate, organize sessions, share selected information, and use private or shared tools for growth, structure, planning, and progress.
Youemi is an early-stage platform and some features may change over time.

Some Youemi features are private to one user. Other features may be intentionally shared between an expert and a builder.
When you use a shared feature, you understand that the connected other party may be able to view, interact with, or rely on that shared content according to the feature design.
Users are expected to communicate respectfully.
Youemi may provide messaging, session, scheduling, and collaboration tools, but Youemi is not responsible for the truth, quality, legality, or usefulness of statements made by users to each other.
Experts and builders are individually responsible for how they communicate and what they choose to share.
The Youemi name, branding, design elements, software, interface, and Platform content created by Youemi are owned by Youemi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, sell, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Platform or its non-public parts without written permission, except where the law clearly allows it.
Youemi may rely on third-party providers to operate parts of the Platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, notifications, or infrastructure services.
We are not responsible for separate third-party websites, tools, or services that are outside our control, even if the Platform connects to them.
We may change, improve, pause, or remove any part of Youemi at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to your use of Youemi will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
